Since 2009, My Design has supported local businesses and Chamber members across Goondiwindi and the wider region.
My Design began with a clear purpose. Help businesses communicate clearly with customers through strong graphic and web design. The studio works alongside you, taking time to understand your business, your customers, and your goals. Every project follows a human centred design approach with practical outcomes suited to everyday use.
For more than 16 years, My Design has helped regional businesses strengthen brand presence, improve communication, and connect with customers in meaningful ways. Long-term relationships guide the work. Collaboration, listening, and ongoing learning shape each project. Clear communication sits at the centre of the process, which makes My Design easy to work with from start to finish.
Founder Tracey Jensen brings strong experience in graphic and web design, paired with a deep commitment to the local community. Based in Goondiwindi, she works with businesses, councils, and organisations across the region. Her work focuses on clarity, connection, and creativity, shaped by local stories and people.
Through My Design, Tracey creates visual identities for places, people, and events. Her work includes branding, strategic design, and storytelling grounded in community values. Each project starts with listening and problem-solving, supported by years of hands-on experience. From logos and websites to place branding and public art projections, the focus stays on design that feels clear, useful, and meaningful.
Tracey also contributes beyond her business. She is a founding committee member of Lanescape Goondiwindi Inc and volunteers her time and skills with local sporting groups connected to her children. Community involvement and participation play a strong role in her work and values.
My Design offers a wide range of services. Design services include brand identity, brand guidelines, creative direction, annual reports, brochures, publishing design, stationery, advertising, packaging, exhibitions, events, signage, and wayfinding. Digital and web services include website design and creation, hosting and management, social media design, and digital content. Engraving services support signage, promotional products, awards, plaques, trophies, and branded merchandise. Print and production services include in-house printing, branded merchandise, and custom promotional items.
With the announcement of the Heritage Bank Agency's closure in March, we are saddened by this news and recognise the impact across the community. At My Design, business continues as usual, with a strong focus on supporting local businesses and community groups. Times like these show the importance of local businesses supporting one another.
Tracey continues planning new services to better serve the community through My Design. Growth continues, with new ideas on the way.
